As I approach the end of the week I cannot help but think about how blessed I am for having a path aligned so perfectly for me. From David giving my number to Ashley, Ashley then contacting me, and then being put on the team for Set A Pattern, it is evident how perfect it has worked out. This week I have finally found the path I will be taking for the rest of my ISM journey, and with that, my hopes are that I will have two mentors. Ashley Wilson, is going to be my mentor under Set A Pattern, she will be coaching me and helping me do whatever I need to allow myself to flourish in the organization. This week I had a two hour long zoom meeting with the whole team, I was introduced, and began to talk about their mission from a religious stand point and a business stand point. I know that this is going to be an incredible experience that I will continue to be a part of long after I have graduated high school. For the other mentor, my hopes are for Mr. Mike Rodriguez. I have always felt that he would mentor me from our first meeting, and I know that he is always going to be able to direct me in the best way that he see's fit. I am very ecstatic about what is up and coming for me in and out of ISM.
