"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."

This week I had one of the most productive discussions with Mr. Mike Rodriguez. All I can say is that I am in aw at how wise this man is. He continues to amazing me with how relatable he is, even though he is someone so well known around the world. Through his five pillars of success in life:

1. Am I putting God first... in everything and above everything

2. Figure out what I love to do

3. Identify what I am good at/ or need to become good at

4. Is there a need for it?

5. Am I taking decisive action?

I also learned the difference between occupation and vocation, which is going to lead me to enjoy the career I will end up participating in. The most important thing I should focus on, and what I think most people forget about, are my spiritual gifts that God has blessed me with. As soon as I can recognize the things that God has gifted me with, I can then, and only then, know where I should steer myself.
